Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains how Quris Technologies Ltd. (“Quris”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through this website. Quris Technologies Ltd. is the controller of this information and is located at 6 Hanatziv St., Tel Aviv, Israel.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest and the message you write. Name, work email, area of interest, message and the consent confirmation are required. Organization and role are optional.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit. This is used to run, secure and improve the site.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and the site is not intended for them.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started
- To run, maintain and secure the website
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
3. Legal basis
We process contact-form information with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, and to take steps you request before any agreement. We process technical information based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website and handle inquiries, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Base44 – website hosting, form storage and server-side page-view logs (no cookies, no identifier stored in your browser)
- Google Fonts – delivers the fonts used on the site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address
- Our email provider – receives copies of contact-form submissions
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside Israel, including in the United States. When we transfer data, we rely on the safeguards available under applicable law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website is built to work without cookies. The pages we serve, our contact form and our media do not set cookies in your browser, and we use no advertising, cross-site tracking or analytics cookies. We have turned off the analytics identifier in the software the site runs on, so it neither stores a session identifier in your browser nor sends usage events from it.
A few things still happen, none of which involve a cookie:
- Our hosting platform records page views on its servers, meaning the page path and the time of the visit. This uses no cookie and no identifier stored in your browser.
- The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address. Google does not set cookies for that request.
- Videos on the site are files we host ourselves and play directly, not players embedded from another company, so no third-party player can set cookies. When you follow a link to Vimeo, YouTube or another external site, that site applies its own cookies and policies from the moment you arrive.
- Your browser's local storage holds a few settings the site needs to run, such as the app identifier. If you sign in to the internal inquiry queue, a sign-in token is stored there as well so you stay signed in. Visitors who do not sign in never receive one.
Because we set no optional cookies, we do not show a cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before setting anything. You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless we need them longer for an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason. Technical logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Complain to a data-protection authority. In Israel, that is the Privacy Protection Authority. In the EU or UK, it is your local supervisory authority.
To use any of these rights, email us at yossi@quris.ai. We will respond within the time required by law.
10. Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as news articles, LinkedIn and our Qlab portal. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
